TidyPilot

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 June 2026

The short version. The TidyPilot Digital Pilot app is local-first. Anything you type into the app stays in your own browser on your own device — it is not uploaded to us, and we never see it. The only personal data we collect is what you actively give us: your email if you sign up, and your purchase details if you buy.

Who we are

TidyPilot is a digital product and content brand operated by Daniel Oliver Sunde Jacobsen. We are the data controller for the personal information described below.

Contact: [email protected]

What we collect

What we do not collect: the contents of your Digital Pilot plan. The app runs entirely in your browser. Your device lists, file notes, notification notes, passwords, and any exported plan stay on your device unless you choose to share them with us.

How we use it

Who processes your data

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

Cookies and analytics

The site loads the MailerLite script to run the signup form. We do not run advertising trackers. If we add web analytics in the future, we will list the tool here before turning it on.

Optional connected accounts

Connected Mode is not currently available. TidyPilot works without connecting any of your accounts. If a future version offers optional account access, it will be opt-in, consent-based, clearly explained before you enable it, and revocable. We would never sell connected-account data or use it for advertising.

Affiliate links

Some pages may include affiliate links. If you buy through one, TidyPilot may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Such links are disclosed on the relevant page.

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we remove it from our active lists.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and Norwegian law you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal data, and to data portability. To make a request, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page.
