TidyPilot products are delivered digitally. Because the files are accessible immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds as a default — but we want every customer to feel safe buying.

TidyPilot Digital Pilot is a local-first digital organization tool. It generates a structured plan based on your input. It does not:

Updates and future versions

When a significant update to a product is released, existing customers are notified by email and offered access at no additional cost or at a discounted upgrade price. Minor fixes and improvements are included automatically.

This policy applies to purchases made directly through tidypilot.app. For purchases made through third-party platforms, the platform's own refund policy may also apply.
