Refund & Support

TidyPilot products are delivered digitally. Because the files are accessible immediately after
purchase, we do not offer refunds as a default — but we want every customer to feel safe buying.
If something is wrong, contact us first. Most issues are resolved quickly.
When we will issue a refund
- You were charged twice for the same product.
- The download link did not work and we could not fix it within 48 hours.
- The product was materially different from what was described on the sales page.
- You contacted us within 14 days of purchase and we could not resolve the issue.
We do not refund because:
- You changed your mind after downloading the files.
- You found a free alternative.
- You did not read the product description before purchasing.
- Of technical issues on your own device unrelated to the product files.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] with the subject line:
Refund request — [your order number].
- Briefly describe what happened.
- We respond within 2 business days.
If approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Support
What we help with:
- Download or access issues.
- Questions about how to use the app or guides.
- Clarification on what the product does and does not do.
- Feedback and bug reports.
What we cannot help with:
- Technical issues on your own device unrelated to TidyPilot files (e.g. browser settings, OS compatibility beyond standard modern browsers).
- Custom modifications to the product files.
- Connecting to third-party services — Connected Mode is not currently available.

Product honesty statement
TidyPilot Digital Pilot is a local-first digital organization tool. It generates a structured plan based on your input. It does not:
- Access your accounts, files, or cloud storage automatically.
- Delete, unsubscribe, or change any settings without your explicit action.
- Require any account creation or login.
If a future version introduces optional account access, it will be clearly described before purchase, consent-based, and opt-in only.
Updates and future versions
When a significant update to a product is released, existing customers are notified by email and
offered access at no additional cost or at a discounted upgrade price. Minor fixes and improvements
are included automatically.
This policy applies to purchases made directly through tidypilot.app. For purchases made through
third-party platforms, the platform's own refund policy may also apply.
