Digital products

TidyPilot sells digital products: guides, templates, and browser-based tools such as the Digital Pilot app. After purchase, you receive access to download the product files.

Personal-use license

Unless otherwise stated, TidyPilot products are for personal use only. You may use the downloaded app files, guides, and templates for your own digital organization, but you may not resell, redistribute, upload, share, or claim the files as your own.

AI and automation

TidyPilot may provide AI-guided suggestions, planning outputs, and review queues. These are general organization aids, not guaranteed outcomes. You remain responsible for approving any action before deleting data, changing accounts, disabling sync, canceling subscriptions, or modifying security settings.

The Digital Pilot app is local-first. It builds a plan from what you tell it. It does not scan your accounts, connect to Google / iCloud / Microsoft, or delete anything automatically.

Refunds

Because digital products are delivered instantly, sales are generally final. If you hit a technical problem accessing your files, contact us within 14 days and we will help. Full details are on our Refund & Support page. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
